Route: Round town route Just over six miles,cut out the Hacket loop for a five mile run. Return via Knapp Road and Gillingstool after the Hacket for a four mile run.

Gwent League XC
TRC fielded a men and women’s team at the Bath round of the Gwent League on Sunday. I have no report but the results are on the results page, and I understand some people got more than they bargained for when Arthur changed his shorts!!!!!
The Slog
It seemed as though everyone had a good run at the annual Sodbury Slog on Sunday.
Special mentions to Ben Toomer finishing a fantastic 4th overall, and Rob C finishing 14th despite losing a shoe in one of the many bogs, after finding it again he was forced to undo the laces with his teeth before getting the shoe back on……nice!!!
Party Invite
Runners Michael and Hayley Johnson, who run the opticians opposite the Museum, have extended an open invitiation to the club to a party to celebrate their business’s first birthday. It’s on club night (Dec 1) from 5-9pm, everyone welcome. Michael, if you remember won this year’s and last year’s OPS10. Hayley ran with us as a guest earlier this year.
TRC Christmas Party
Karen is now taking names for the xmas party on the 15th Dec up at Alveston. A list will be at club on Thursday if you would like to come. Ros is on food duty again. Members £3, non members £6 all welcome!!!!
